Conveyancing awards

There are many awards that can be won for Conveyancing. These awards offer you the chance to show that your business provides services above all the others. It costs 99 euros to enter and your firm can enter up to two catagories. Entries should be filled before April to insure your entry. The deadline is early to ensure the panel can properly assess all entrants. Judging is done via stringent guidelines and all competing firms are mystery shopped to ensure a consistently high level of service.

Conveyancing awards

LFS Conveyancing awards are held yearly in September. The ceremony includes a full black tie gala with dinner, guest speakers and dancing. The Conveyancing awards begin at 9 am with a conference and continue as such until 4. At this point there is a break before the gala commences at 6:45pm. The event continues until midnight with food, a charity auction and dancing.

The regional awards are often the most coveted among conveyancers as it shows that you are better than everyone else on your own local level. This means you are compared to others who are performing the same work as you.

  • London and the South East

Other coveted awards are:

  • Direct Conveyancing Firm of the Year
  • Best use of Social Media
  • Best Website / Marketing
  • Best Young Conveyancer
  • Estate Agents Conveyancing Firm of the Year
  • Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year

While it is possible to change some of these factors, such as website design others as the young Conveyancer have a time limit on them. The LFS conference and awards has occurred for over half a decade and is frequented by the top 300 firms in the nation. Aside from the publicity of being selected as a winner or finalist, the social aspect is bound to increases your network. The conference allows you to have face time with the top conveyancers in the area. This allows you to not only expand your network of professional contacts, but to stay on top of the latest sales techniques and professional standards. If you personally are too busy to attend, send one or two of your top conveyancers, those that are new to the business will appreciate the opportunity to advance their career and older associates will enjoy sharing their knowledge and experience with the newer members of the convention.
